Brrr. It is chilly in Portland!

Alright, so it is only in the low 60's, but imagine being a 6 month old child who has enjoyed a long hot summer mostly without long pants, long sleeves and shoes. Suddenly she discovers that her charmed life includes such horrors as rain, cold air, and lots of clothes and shoes. That's a bummer no matter how you slice it.

I had to do goofy Dad tricks to get her to smile for this picture. She was sitting there on the bed all forlorn, pondering her miserable future with shoes and long sleeves.
