We drove north to kill time before having dinner at the Sea House at the Kapalua Golf Resort. We stopped at Honolua Bay and watched the surfers on an amazing perfect double over head swell.

The "rock star" torch

There are many torches around the property, but this torch sits right in front of the beach, and depending on where you stand you can see the other islands off in the distance and the sunset, and sometimes even humpback whales breeching. In the torch world . . . . this torch is a rock star. I took a dozen pictures on this evening because the cloudy sky was an ominous steel blue and the orange torch flame contrasted very nicely.

to hit the ball once . . . walk over and pick it up, then carry it to the hole and drop it in. She then exclaims "I DID IT!!!" There is no talking to her about how this is not accepted golf behavior. She doesn't care.
